Q: I made a mistake on my order. Can I change it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on custom or personalized products unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
