💡 Return Eligibility

We accept returns for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

📦 Items sent back without prior return authorization may not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Because of the custom nature of some of our products, the following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized items (e.g., engraved pet tags, custom prints)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

📸 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a defect:

  1. Email us at support@diamondwhiskers.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. We’ll review and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund as appropriate.

🔄 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email support@diamondwhiskers.com with the following:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address.

➡️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Reach out to us, and we’ll help arrange an exchange if the item is eligible.
