We ship worldwide! International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties incurred during delivery.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@diamondwhiskers.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement if necessary.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
